Refund and Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Timeframe: Notify us within 30 days of delivery and provide proof (e.g., photos, certificate of authenticity dispute).

1.2 Non-Quality-Related Returns (Change of Mind)

• Eligibility: Unused, undamaged stamps in original packaging (including protective sleeves, certificates, or seals) may be returned for a refund.
• Timeframe: 14 days from the delivery date.
• Exceptions: Customized or personalized stamps (if offered) are non-returnable unless defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Us: Email support@kxvqzb.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Return Authorization: We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.

   • Quality Issues: We will provide a pre-paid shipping label.
   • Non-Quality Issues: Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs (calculated at standard Canada Post rates).

3. Refund Process

• Upon receiving returned items, we will inspect for eligibility within 5 business days.
• For quality-related claims, if approved, a refund or replacement will be processed immediately.

3.2 Refund Methods

• Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the card or account used for purchase, typically within 5-10 business days (bank processing times may vary).
• Store Credit: Optional store credit (valid for 1 year) may be offered for non-quality returns, equal to the item’s purchase price.

3.3 Exclusions

• Shipping fees (except for quality-related returns) and any duties/taxes are non-refundable.
• Damaged items due to improper return packaging will not be eligible for refund.

4. Warranty and Legal Rights

• Statutory Rights: This policy does not affect your legal rights under Canadian consumer protection laws, including the right to claim for defects even after the return period if the issue is latent or violates implied warranties (e.g., authenticity, merchantability).
• Authenticity Guarantee: All stamps are guaranteed authentic as per their listed description. If a third-party certification disputes authenticity within 1 year of purchase, we will issue a full refund regardless of the return window.

5. Exceptions for High-Value Items

• Items over CAD $1,000: Requires signature confirmation upon delivery and return. A mandatory insurance fee (1% of item value) will be added to return shipping for non-quality issues to ensure safe transit.
